Dominick was awesome, and the truck was in great condition. My only issue was with Turo’s customer service. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Communication was difficult, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor about changing the pickup location, the representatives seemed frustrated rather than helpful.
Despite the issues with Turo, Dominick did everything he could to assist me and worked with me to the best of his ability. To make matters worse, Turo attempted to charge me additional fees within hours of my scheduled return time.
I truly appreciate Dominick’s professionalism and willingness to help. He made the rental experience much better than it otherwise would have been.
