Excellent experience from start to finish. The host was very professional, communicated quickly, and was always responsive throughout the entire trip. The Chevy Tahoe was extremely clean, drove perfectly, and was exactly as described. Pickup and return were smooth and easy, and the host was very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle and great service.

Sorry you couldn’t figure out the A/C, my Co-Host drop it off, A/C was working perfectly, and when he pick it up he had no issues with. We ask for a video of the issue, but you only sent a picture, we also offer you another vehicle with a higher trim at the same price, but customer declined. To me it seems like it was user error or he just wanted a free rental.
