Beware of this place, they parked the wrong vehicle at the pick up address but took photos of the right vehicle at the location down the road, same license plate number except last 2 digits so it was a mistake on my part for not catching, so I took wrong vehicle but was not notified for 8 hours and demanded I drive 2 hours back to return, luckily Turo intercepted and corrected the vehicles with a fee of course per host. Then they blamed me for a so called missing car part like I’m a mechanic that takes cars apart when I dropped off with the entire car hole, then charged 100 extra mileage when I paid for 600 miles and I used 427 or something. But since they had to cancel original trip and book another they used original miles and not the miles I had after I picked up the vehicle. Any way to nickel and dime you.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
