Amazing experience from start to finish. The car was in excellent condition—clean, smooth, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were seamless, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with the entire time. Everything felt effortless and well-managed. Would definitely book again.

The car was very clean, comfortable, and drove well. However, the range listed at 300 miles was not accurate in my experience—I was getting closer to 200 miles per charge. On a 230-mile trip with a full battery, the car estimated I would arrive with 30 miles left, but the battery died just before my destination and I had to get towed to a charging station. The vehicle also isn’t compatible with Tesla chargers, which makes finding stations more difficult, and I had to stop multiple times to charge on longer trips. Returning the car with a full charge is also inconvenient since you’ll likely have to spend at least an hour charging, and there is a $55 fee if it’s not returned fully charged. Overall, it’s a nice car for short single day local trips, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer drives.

We have not had any previous issues reported with the battery, the vehicle is new and provides multiple warnings so drivers can reach a charging station before it reaches 0%, which is why it was towed. Like any rental, it should be returned with the same level of charge it was provided with or pay a charging fee.
