Nice car. Confusing and frustrating pickup process. I didn’t know where to find the car. Had to search the whole lot to find it.

Car was amazing. I have a 2019 Tiguan and definitely want to upgrade to a new one now. Pickup a little bit of a hassle shuttle service not very accommodating.

Car was great. Wasn’t full on gas. Biggest issues is getting to the cart. You take a shuttle. Picking up the car was a shit show. Signs are all jacked up not clear on instructions. Finally some guy came out and said turo has no clue what they are doing. Signs don’t make sense. Finally got into the correct spot to return the car and waited 5 minutes go get through the gate. You guys need to clear up the parking and returning instructions. Rush to hopefully make our flights

Sorry they have construction at the fence. It’s all new to us too.
Pick up was a challenge - no spot was indicated so I had to search for the vehicle. The vehicle was absolutely filthy inside and out. There wasn't even any windshield wiper fluid. The details that lead to a quality rental and good experience were completely missed here. By far one of the least pleasure Turo experiences I've had.

We just keep training staff. It takes time for them to get used to the job. We’re working with them while it’s over 100 degrees outside. So sorry for this.
I had a great experience with this car on our long-distance road trip and the instructions for the pickup and return were very clear.
