Staff was kind and responsive. Pick up instructions were clear. Didn’t like the pick up location. I prefer turos that you can pick up from air port parking. Especially in summer heatwaves. The communication about drop off was not good. I wasn’t sure where to go after I dropped off the vehicle to get back to the airport. The car was new and clean so overall a great experience and do recommend for more business.

Only issue was at pickup as my driver’s license had yet to be validated when I was at the vehicle at the scheduled pick-up time even though I submitted my license days before. I had to reach out. Fortunately, I received a quick response and resolution. The return was very smooth and the car was very comfortable, clean, and easy to use.
