Everything was great except dropping off the vehicle. The gate to enter was not working. Unfortunately there wasn’t anyone at the Park and Jet there. I would have given 5 stars.

Communication was great as well as the introduction for the pick up and drop off and car is fairly new, the only issues was the cleanliness of the vehicle, the door jams were full of dry mud so needed to be extra careful when reaching for stuff and the truck was dusty as well
