Our RAV4 is in perfect condition and never broke down. This feedback is honestly confusing. The client never reported anything wrong with the RAV4 during his trip. All 21 vehicles go through consistent maintenance cycles. Mileage doesn’t matter if the vehicle is properly maintained. If you had an issue you should have said something during your trip. We would’ve happily handled it simple.
I have never experienced a host go above and beyond like Mike did. My original rental was totaled but Mike made sure to have a replacement for me and my folks. I cannot recommend him more!!
