This car was great! Everything we needed was provided and was very easy to get to and find. Lots of reminders and helpful information was provided to us daily! Super great!

Not the experience I am used to from Turo. Be warned that this is not a personally operated small business but rather what feels like a fleet of vehicles and multiple offsite employees doing assembly line-style labor. The vehicle’s interior was dirty when I picked it up, the license plate was not attaches, and when I could not find the key and sent a message to the host, they just referred me to the instructions (because the host’s respondents themselves don’t know). It takes the personally cared for experience completely out of Turo. The car itself operated fine though.
