First time using Turo. Happy that I knew what car I would be picking up instead of having to be surprised at pick up. Instructions were easy to follow once I arrived at the lot where the car was stored. Had to ask for help with return since we were dropping off early. Was able to get in touch with someone via text quickly to have my questions answered. Would rent through them again if they had a car I wanted.

We’re glad the car drove great, was clean, and connected easily with your phone. We’re sorry for the maintenance message, but the latest dashboard photos no longer show the warning and the vehicle is currently out with another guest without the message appearing.
The car quality was great, the check-in was not as clear as I would’ve hoped. Because the gate did not cooperate and I had to go around to the parking spot. After we got the car, it worked great. We love the gas mileage.
