Genuinely was nervous about going this route but it was pretty seamless.
Only suggestion is wish they had a map or some sort of directions to the car. This is a large lot and had it not been for our shuttle driver letting us know there was another lot on the other side we would have wondered around.
However, checking in and out was easy and whenever I had a question the response was within minutes.
Car was in great condition and worked well for us.
