Clear and fast communication. Host was also very kind to help accommodate returning vehicle at a later time during my rental period. Car was clean and entire process was smooth.

Everything was great, pickup and drop off were so easy. Last service shop for the car must not have tightened lug nuts on one tire, so we had a problem where tire was loose and a couple of bolts got severed off while driving! But we found the problem and called our host. Sayan was communicative and helpful the entire time and worked with a tire shop that we found to take care of payment.
