Car was great! Pick up was easy. Little confusing on where to go inside the airport. There are multiple pick up locations for shuttles so be sure to ask when you land where the best place to go is!

We’re glad the car was great and pickup itself was easy! We’re sorry the airport shuttle pickup point was confusing, and we’ll make the instructions clearer by directing guests to confirm the correct shuttle pickup area as soon as they land.
Pick up was a bit tricky but once we got the car everything was fine.

We apologize for the tricky pickup and the exterior condition at the start of the trip. The cleanliness issue has been resolved, and we’re working on improving the pickup process so future guests have a smoother experience.
Car itself was great, pick up instructions did not include the code to get the key, lockbox was far away and had to wait for shuttle. Too far away from the airport to ever rent here again.
