Getting and returning the car was a nightmare. Gates won’t open. Lockbox wrong codes. Shuttle is hateful no signs anywhere indicating where to go. Then there’s signs are a completely different parking lot for the shuttle that’s the wrong one. I’ve rented several times from Turo - no clue why this was so horrible.
No I stand here waiting for a shuttle yet nothing identifies where the shuttle will pick me up or when. I have a flight to catch.
