Had one hiccup at the beginning of my trip, specifically host was unavailable to respond to my texts, calls and I had to get turo involved, but still no luck. Therefore I wasn’t able to access the tesla since host never sent me the app access link nor was he awake/available at the time I arrived at the car. Left me stranded in the middle of the economy parking lot for more than 30 minutes at 1am in the morning. He finally got the messages and eventually granted me access. Granted, my flight was delayed and it was late, but it was communicated to host prior to my departure.
Nevertheless, besides this one hiccup, host was responsive prior to my trip, during and after. I totally understand that mistakes can happen as I was a former turo host with teslas on my fleet. My recommendation to Lukas would be to find ways to accommodate guests after a mistake was made. However, I would still rent from Lukas again. Would have been a perfect rental had I have immediate access to his tesla upon my arrival.

Awesome host easy to work with and car was great!!! Host had good communication with fast responses. Lukas also recommended a lot of good places to check out when I asked.
