Pickup was a little tricky because the parking garage was closed, but we figured it out. The car was clean and in perfect condition for our trip. I loved all the add on options, especially the ability to have FSD. We drove a huge loop hitting national and state parks and there were plenty of superchargers along the way. The Tesla’s performance was perfect and we couldn’t have been happier with it. Definitely would rent again!

FSD behaved abruptly in rain forcing manual drive. The car lost connectivity on navigation some times. I think host is not paying $10 for premium connectivity

Thank you for your feedback. We do want to clarify that the concerns regarding FSD performance in rainy conditions relate to Tesla’s FSD software and are not an issue with the vehicle itself. Additionally, the vehicle does have an active Premium Connectivity subscription. We take the condition and quality of our vehicle seriously and want to ensure future renters have accurate information when reading reviews.
A little confusion on my end at pick up and drop off, but she worked with me and made it a great experience.
