James is an excellent host concise and helpful communication. Car was clean and most convenient

James was extremely helpful throughout the entire trip. The pickup instructions were very clear, and I had no trouble finding the car at the airport. The car was also very clean, and James even provided bottled water inside, which was exactly what I needed after arriving from the terminal and transit to the parking lot.
Unfortunately, there was a hit-and-run incident after I had parked the car on the first day of my trip. It was a very frustrating situation, but James was incredibly kind and understanding. He genuinely cared about how the trip was going and never put any pressure on me, which made me feel much better while dealing with the situation.
Overall, I had a great experience renting from James and would highly recommend rent from him!
