Such a great experience. The car was immaculate when we picked it up. We had some scheduling changes and Ken worked with us without any issue. I will absolutely look to Ken first when we’re looking to get a car in SLC again. Thank you, Ken!

What stood out most was the level of communication and understanding — it felt more like luxury hospitality than a typical car rental experience.
