I ended up booking with Albert, with this Suburu Crosstrek, very last minute due to a last minute cancelation from the original owner of the car I’d booked for a trip. I booked this as I hopped on a flight to the destination, and about 5 hours later the car was in its designated pick-up location on airport grounds. The vehicle was perfect for what I needed it for, and it had no trouble whatsoever driving up into both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. The car was immaculately clean. Albert was also responsive to an impressive degree- I think each message I sent was responded to within 15 minutes. There was a minor problem with one of the windows in the vehicle- one of those weird mechanical glitches that randomly happen for cars these days; Albert responded in minutes to my message and helped me override the weird glitch. 10/10 vehicle and owner!
