There was a lot of confusion with picking up the car. There were no clearance instructions as to where to pick up the shuttle. I had to call your customer service agent who had horrible reception. I could not understand her. Very clear instructions need to be given as to which shuttle to take when there are so many shuttles at the airport and there was a very specific pick up spot we had to be at that was not included in the instructions otherwise, the car function fine. There was malfunction light on, and the car exteriorly was quite dirty from the beginning of the trip, especially the windshield, and there was no fluid in the windshield wipers.

Zero stars - i could have saved time and payed the same pice renting a car from an established car rental agency. The license tabs were expired on the vehicle we rented and the vehicle service lights were on. This is a laughable experience.
