Messaged them after flying in with still no location of the car, messaged them, got on the shuttle and still no response. After showing up at the parking lot, I kept getting the same message “we are still reaching out to our staff.” Finally after about 25 minutes some of the workers saw me in the lot distraught and asked if everything was okay, they found the car - which was still dirty, took it to get “detailed” for 5 minutes, brought it back still pretty dirty.
Took over 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time to actually get the car. I appreciate the staff on site for helping to get it taken care of quickly but this trip communication was very unprofessional.
Turo offered cancellation after 30 minutes but then I would have been left with no car at all and I was already running late to my meeting. An overall disappointing experience. Car was fine though.
