The car was excellent, the price good and the customer service if the host very efficient, but the way to retire and return the car was really really uncomfortable, for this reason I toke out a star.
To retire the car we had to take a bus to reach that and besides pay US$ 26 to get out of the parking where we retired the car and to return the same car was and adventure pretty similar.
I am almost generous to leave 4 stars after pass this bad experience.

Car had no problem. All good. Correct pick up and drop off communication would have been nice. Also you have to pay for the car parking (I paid 20 bucks) and I believe it was mentioned in the description.
