I would’ve loved to rate five stars for the car, The reason I rated four stars was because I arrived at pick up site and parked my own vehicle just out of site, Note that they have many accidental vehicles all over there, And after I left I received an email from them that I should come back and pick up my personal vehicle, I pleaded with a very rude lady on the phone to no avail she threatened me that if I didn’t come back and pickup my car that she will tow it, So no more from this person very rude secretary 👎
Hey so we are a dealership, your personal vehicle was parked on our lot which was designated for vehicles that are for sale, we do not store guests personal vehicles. We called and informed the guest that the vehicle would have to be moved and that it could be towed if it stayed overnight, I felt it would have been unfair and inconsiderate if the guest returned to find their vehicle missing without any communication or notice from us beforehand, which is why we made the effort to reach out!
