Thank you so much for the opportunity. I truly enjoyed driving the Mitsubishi. It is highly maintained, great gas mileage, and the host was very sweet and communicated well with me. I will definitely rent with them again🤗.

The vehicle was not clean when picked up and it smelled like strong cleaning chemicals. The seat covers made it tricky to buckle the 5 passengers. The communication was ok it looks like there is a lot of automated messages that makes it confusing . I asked if I could get the vehicle delivered at the Turo peer to peer drop off location and they had no idea about it. They said they could drop it off so I didn’t have to get it from the parking lot but they changed the time and said they couldn’t do it. When they send me the message that the vehicle was dropped off it was past the time we agreed for the vehicle to be picked up but not pass the booking time for the Turo.
They were in a sense quick to respond to messages but not the quality I have experience in other trips.
