Communication was great. Process for pickup and drop off was smooth. The car is very old. 145K miles on it and it drives like that so just expect that. Lots of scuffs and dents in the car so make sure to take pics before picking up. A good experience overall.

This car was not in any condition to drive. The tire was almost flat, the steering alignment was off, the shocks and suspensions were bad and it would not get up a hill well. Very disappointing.

Hey Zachary I’m sorry you experienced these issues , we haven’t had any issues with the vehicle and it has had a trip after yours , they gave us a 5 star review stating vehicle is in good condition, it has 145k miles so it’s not going to be perfect, it is an older vehicle. If you didn’t feel comfortable driving the vehicle you were given the option to end your trip early and book something else.

The vehicle's cleanliness did not meet expectations upon pickup, as the interior required vacuuming. Due to this experience, I will not be booking any future rentals with this specific host. Ensuring cars are thoroughly cleaned beforehand will be crucial for improving the experience of future guests.
