I was not met at the pickup location that was designated by the host. 3 hours after my scheduled pickup time i was finally given a ride 30 miles away to the car. No reimbursement from either Turo nor the host... Good luck
He booked last minute at 4:00 am but fails to mention that.

Car was great, pickup/dropoff was easy. The only downside was there wasn’t an ice scraper/snow brush provided, which I thought was odd for SLC. With 18 inches of snow falling in Park City during our rental period, it was difficult to get the vehicle to a drivable condition. Otherwise, my experience with Johns CX-30 was great!
People do not return ice scrapers so we do not provide. They are available at every gas station for cheap.
