First off, it was not communicated that we would be required to pay an additional $45 to get the car out of the parking garage (this is in addition to the $25 airport convenience pick up fee we agreed to within the rental agreement). Furthermore, the vehicle was parked just shy of 9 hours before our trip began, meaning we were charged hourly (which was $5/hour) 9 hours prior to the start of our rental.
Both windshield wipers rubber was peeling off of the wiper blades, extremely hazardous when raining. The registration was expired more than a year ago. Communication with the host was great until I brought up a few of the issues and then there was radio silence. We will never rent from these hosts again.
