I had to pay for my own parking ticket (35$, which was not notified to me at all). I had to shorten the trip because the windshield wipers were worn out and was very hard for me to see. No response from the host at all about anything, basically ghosted me through out the trip. Now I’m just sitting in the parking garage trying to return and waiting for Turo to respond. Avoid this host at all cost.

Car was a dream in perfect condition. Handles great wonderful for Utah. Room enough for the two kids but I still felt like I got to drive a real car 👍
