The hosts made everything easy to follow from pick up to drop off even when I had a user-error moment with technology use of the car. The drive was smooth, great on gas, and was extremely comfortable. It’s an older car with high mileage but very well taken care of and I’d rent again.

In the car app, it never specified that we had to use 91 premium fuel. In fact, it said that regular gasoline was acceptable. However, when we picked up the car, we were told that we had to use 91 premium instead. I think there should be a bit more honesty and consistency regarding this information.
