Was gonna give you lower but I know that can affect your business. There was no parking spot shuttle and the place really looked abandoned. I literally walked by the parking shuttle guy and he drove passed by me and ignored me.

When I first picked up the car it was pouring the wrong key was in the lock box . Then I had to wait about 5-10 minutes before customer service was able to help
Me . On top of that the AVI sticker wasn’t available and I had to get off wait and was soaked and wet .

We apologize that the wrong key and missing AVI sticker left you waiting and soaked in the rain. Both issues have been escalated to our team so future guests should have a smoother pickup experience.
The car did not have the tag to enter and exit the garage which caused a delay to get out. It was an inconvenience. Otherwise great experience.

Car and host were great but the drop-off parking lot airport shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up where they told us the extension lot was lowest priority.
