License plate is expired. Instructions for pick up and drop off are not clear.

We’re sorry about the expired plate concern, dirty interior, and confusing parking, pickup, and drop-off directions. Our team is verifying the vehicle documents and reviewing the preparation and access instructions to prevent this from happening again.
Car was in excellent condition and we had a great trip. Customer service was responsive. The pick up and drop off location was fine but additional instructions about how to get in and out of the lot and the fact that there is a shuttle service would be helpful information to include. Our sensor to get in the lot for drop off didn’t work. There was an attendant on site that was very helpful and we were able to call at the gate to be let in.
