Car interior was covered in dirt when I picked it up. Not properly cleaned at all. Had to wipe it down myself to make it suitable for myself and passengers. Otherwise, car was fine and had no issues

From A-Z it was very easy pick-up, SUV was in excellent conditions, smood drive i really enjoyed it. Hosts were very responsible and kept in communication during my process and answered all my questions. 20/10. Thank you for all!

If I could give this company negative stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down the most disgusting and unprofessional rental experience I have ever had. The vehicle looked like it had just returned from a cross-country road trip without ever being cleaned. The windshield and entire front of the car were covered in bug guts, the inside was filthy, and there was dog drool smeared all over the windows and interior. There were clumps of dog hair everywhere, trash left inside the vehicle, and the entire car smelled and felt completely unsanitary.

To make matters worse, my husband, myself, and our four children were stranded in the airport parking lot at midnight with no other option but to take this disgusting vehicle to our hotel. After a long day of traveling, the last thing anyone should have to deal with is climbing into a filthy car that clearly had not been cleaned or inspected before being handed off to customers. When I contacted the company, their only response was basically “sorry” and then they told us we could drive out of our way to their shop to have it cleaned ourselves. Completely unacceptable and beyond inconvenient considering we were in town for our children’s tournament and already had a packed schedule.

What makes this even worse is this was our SECOND attempt at using this company. The first time, they canceled our reservation just hours before our very early morning flight and tried to downgrade us into a smaller, cheaper vehicle at the last minute, leaving us scrambling to find another rental company and paying significantly more due to the short notice.

Against my better judgment, I gave them another chance, and somehow the experience was even worse this time. This company has absolutely no business operating in customer service or vehicle rentals. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, accountability, and basic standards is honestly shocking. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment and rent from literally anyone else.

Car was a little dirty when we first got it, but not too bad. The host was very fast and responsive. Overall great car for a trip.

Car was perfect! Easy pickup and return. Communication and directions were simple and easy to follow and understand. Would definitely rent from again!!
