The car was dirty, dusty and smelly inside and out. The windshield wiper rubber was almost completely broken off, which made it extremely difficult seeing since it rained a few days while we were here. When I got in the vehicle, there was no airport ticket so I was charged $48 for a lost ticket fee. When I attempted to message the host for both situation, they were slow to respond and only refunded $36. I would not recommend renting from this host, take your money elsewhere!

Our recent experience renting through this auto group on Turo was extremely disappointing. The vehicle we received was dirty upon pickup, had the check engine light on, and worst of all, had no power steering with the warning light illuminated. The car clearly should never have been rented out in that condition.
After reporting the issue, we were left waiting nearly two hours for a replacement vehicle while receiving very little communication and extremely delayed responses from the auto group. The lack of urgency, professionalism, and concern for customer safety was frustrating and unacceptable.
Renting a vehicle should not involve worrying about whether the car is safe to drive. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted a significant amount of our time. We would not rent from this group again.
