Pickup location: good; customer service: good.
Car quality: terrible. We ended up breaking down on the side of the road with a car alignment issue. The tow truck driver said that he was surprised the wheel didn’t fall off. My daughter and I were very lucky that we didn’t get seriously hurt. As it was, we had to wait 2 hrs in 100 degree heat for a tow.
The only saving grace was the helpful roadside assistance that Turo gave us.
I will say that the owner of this vehicle was responsive, although they didn’t take much responsibility for the condition of the vehicle, other than saying a simple sorry.
I am hopeful that this isn’t any further of a headache.
