The offsite Turo parking isn’t ideal

This car has noted window so it’s very very very hot. It also has no power but the worst thing is after I parked the car in this airport lot. I physically could not get out of the parking lot. There’s nobody at the booth. I had to take my grandchild, put her over this fence and then I had to jump over the fence. Good thing I’m an in shape 61 year-old but I was wearing a dress so that was a little awkward, but it was the worst experience ever!! also they charge you a $90 fee for you to pick up the car in this lot. It would’ve been cheaper for me to take an Uber in town and get another Turo and then get another Uber back to the airport then it was me getting this car offsite from the airport because they charge $90 which is ridiculous.!!!

This is not true. How could you with a grandchild jump over Barbwire fence? We had the shuttle come and open the gate for you.
Second time using this company. Great both times. Second time car was not parked by time requested but the guy was finishing the car when I arrived and was quick to help get me on the road.
