Pickup location was easy and fast. The SUV was great for my whole family plus our luggage. 1600 miles included was enough to do Disney, Universal, California adventures and a beach day.

Car was not very clean when we got it. The driver was late and had to exchange in person.

The host canceled 10 minutes before delivery of vehicle. I contacted Turo and they set us up with another rental coincidentally from same host. We had to take a Lyft to the vehicle location. I was able to meet the host face to face and get an explanation from him of what happened on the first rental agreement. He said he would waive some fees and make our drop off easier for us which I appreciate, but after being stuck waiting for almost 2 hours in a parking garage with 5 kids I cannot give it 5 stars. The vehicle worked out great though and I would rent from him again.
