The vehicle was in great shape and performed flawlessly. Have rented from Nik before, and this time was no different. Great service and great price.

First the bad: The cars back shocks were blown and it was like riding in a boat. It was also given to us without any oil on the dipstick. So I had to add two quarts of oil and was waiting for a couple hours to hear back on what he wanted me to do to fill it up. Finally I just purchased the oil with my own money.
Now the good: he did reimburse me the next day for the oil I purchased and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. Also, the cars back window was broken and people stole stuff out of our vehicle in Denver CO. When we called to let him know he was very understanding and told us we could either fix it there or drop it off and have them fix it when we got back. We were on a tight timeline so we dropped it back off to Nick and had him fix it.
All in all, Nick was a pretty good guy to rent from. However, the car seemed to be a bit under kept which makes you nervous when you are using to go out away from home.

Thank you for the heads up about the struts we will definitely get the car in to get serviced. I apologize we don't drive the cars on long road trips so if they don't act up in and around town we often don't know of any issues until we get informed by our guests I apologize I didn't see your message about the oil until the next day. We try to be extremely responsive and just missed the mark on that one. sorry again. about that glad you made it home safe sorry again for where we missed the mark.

The truck is lovely. It was clean, and a cargo tray is provided for the back. It connected both of our phones with no problems. The electronics run perfectly. There is plenty of space. Our family could travel together.
