We rented the 2016 Yukon XL for a family vacation and were very happy. The car drove great. We didn't realize the Yukon had TVs which helped keep our kids entertained. Working with Nik and Nathan was very easy. They are very communicative and provide clear instructions for pickup, return, and everything in between. We'll certainly rent from them again.

I don’t what happen when I made the booking but I was looking at a 2023 Yukon I didn’t look at a 2016 Yukon I wanted the latest SUV. I only realized that it’s a 2016 after the pick up much later. The SUV was ok the pick up and host was great.

I'm sorry you booked the wrong vehicle. It was clearly listed on the listing when you booked as well as your profile after you booked when you told us you were wanting a 2023 we told you we did have newer models available but the daily rate was more expensive you apologized and said it must have been a mistake. We are happy to accommodate and make arrangements whenever we can. Unfortunately we don't have control over which vehicle our guests book if they meant to book a different car
The GCM YUKON, we rented is a very good car to make a long travel. Communication with the owner was perfect
The turo app is not nice to use, it shows up in French, not in English and the messenger isn't that fine.
