Thank you for choosing our car for your rental. I’m not sure how we presented ourselves to make you feel we were taking advantage of you. Turo’s automatic pricing sets our baseline.
Upon return, you never mentioned any issues, we do appreciate the feedback and had the car in for service the next day even though the check engine light was not on.
As for the location- we are centrally located in the Salt Lake Valley right off the freeway. You choose to rent from that location.
The host was super communicative, always able to reach, and pickup/drop off was seamless. Overall an easy peasy experience all thanks to Aimee!
