The car was great! Perfect! Brand new! Drove wonderful! Communication was good too. The retrieval spot was not the greatest. You need to walk over 1 mile through the SLC Airport to get to the bus that takes you to the parking lot where you can retrieve the car. Same situation for return. You drive to a lot and call a number and wait for a bus to pick you up and bring you to the airport and then you need to walk over 1 mile to get to the gates. If you don’t mind a lot of walking it is fine. However, I had my Mom with me who is older and it was a lot of walking for her. During the daytime they had little carts that drove her through the airport. However, upon our return, our flight was early in the morning and the carts were not in service at that time. It made it very difficult.
