Overall, this was a great rental. The car was nice, and the owner was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.
My biggest complaint was the airport pickup location. Unlike other Turo rentals I’ve had at the Salt Lake City airport, the car was parked outside of the main parking garage and required taking a tram to another lot and then walking through the parking area to get to it. It was definitely more inconvenient than I expected, especially with luggage.
I would also recommend having the brakes checked, as the car shook pretty significantly every time we braked.
Aside from those two things, we had a great experience with the car and I would recommend renting from this owner.

I’m sorry you didn’t feel like you had a 5 star experience. We park in the economy lot because it’s a cheaper option for guests and pretty easy to get to. When booking drop off at the airport, there are 3 different options you are able to choose from as well if you prefer other parking options, we just need to know ahead of time. As far as the brakes go, I was not aware of any issues; we just barely had all the brakes replaced in this specific vehicle so we will be sure to look at them. Thanks!
