The app was easy to work with and schedule a rental. I’m not sure if this was the right car that we were supposed to get. My complaint is that I had to spend and extra half hour or so cleaning it after I picked the car up. The fact that it cost that much money to rent the car it should at the very least be CLEAN when a customer picks up the car. There was trash, water bottles and the car wasn’t even vacuumed or detailed. It seemed like I picked it up just after the last customer dropped it off. I had no time to deal with the host because the response time wasn’t great to begin with. I have taken pictures at pick up and drop off. Outside of that the car did the job and I was able to complete my trip as needed which is why the four star rather than three.
