Dirty exterior. Was told, after we booked, that a car booked in less than 24 hours might not be clean. We booked about 20 hours in advance. If the car can’t be clean it probably shouldn’t be listed as available, or communicate prior to booking that you may get a dirty car.

Shuttle to car parking. Not ideal. Shuttle wasn’t working. Not on them but very inconvenient.

They are as huge conglomerate. Not what I’m looking for with Turo. Different point of contact every time you send a message. Promised 8 seat belts and only had 7. (Back middle had been removed from the suburban.)
