We have rented a car from them before and it was great, but this time...
1. Pick up was late due to traffic which is understandable
2. But the main concern we had was a bad odor smell coming out of vents, that they agreed to.
3. They couldnt replace with similar vehicle because nothing was ready. Said they would speak with management and come back to us
4. Communication was delayed so we had to travel with our family with the smell
I dont think this is any reflection of the company, just a bad experience we had. We still havent got a reply from them with no discount or credit due to renting a bad smelling truck.
