We had a great experience with this rental. The vehicle was very clean inside and out when we picked it up. It had plenty of room for our family and was surprisingly good on gas, which made our trip even better.
The pickup and drop-off process was easy and convenient. The host was responsive and always got back to us whenever we needed help or had questions.

After a problem with the rental car we originally booked through a rental car company, I was in need of a vehicle asap. I booked Jays turo rental very last minute and the team got the car to me in an hour. There’s some cracks in the windshield and some dents but the inside is very clean. Honestly we didn’t mind the outer damages because we felt less like a tourist. Thank you again for making my first turo experience easy!
