The car was good and clean but the temporary registration was expired and we got pulled over and the cop kind of gave us the “what for” and said the car wasn’t insured. He said he would let us go but asked us to post a review explaining the situation. I messaged Jay and he simply said, “Thanks it is new to our fleet”. Seemed a little tone deaf given the situation but other than that it was good.

First time reserving through Turo. Mostly smooth minus a different pick up area at the airport.
Car had some defects made sure to notify host immediately and document with pictures.
I didn't drive much while I had the car but it was a smooth ride and I loved the large screen for using Google Maps.
Communication through the app was top notch from Host and Co Host.
Would definitely recommend this host and would use again in the future.
