Car quality was nice. Not new cars but clean. Had a coolant issue but they were quick to resolve issue and bring a new car.
Car pick up is a little bit of a hassle as I was traveling with two children under 2 with 5 large bags and arriving late. It would be easier next time since I’m more familiar. More description about where car is and how you go about picking up would be helpful.
Glad we were able to get things sorted Kellee sorry the pick up instructions werent clear enough we will look those over to see what tweaks we can make for future guests thanks so much.

Great host, clean vehicle but high mileage and needed some maintenance. Nothing that made it undrivable but concerning. Communicated to host and he promptly responded positively
Hey Daniel thanks for letting us know about the brake rotors. Mountain driving on these big rigs burns them out a lot faster than normal driving. we do brake inspections every 3 months to try and catch them before they start shaking unfortunately these ones got to the wear out point in between inspections. We unfortunately dont take the cars up in the mountains ourselves so we only know when guests tell us that have been up in the mountains. Thanks for letting us know we have that taken care of.
