This was our first time using Turo and we absolutely loved it. It was very easy. The car was very clean. The owner was quick to respond and it fit our whole family just like our car back home. I would rent from Nic again!

Hey Harold we apologize the adaptive cruise control wasn't working during your trip and that you just had to use the normal cruise control. We have gotten that sensor replaced so it is all good to go on the adaptive cruise as well

Our trip was perfect. Car was clean and ran great for our trip. Messages were also answered very quickly by the host.

After the trip, Nik tried to charge me double($40) the cost of the parking garage fee that he incurred($20) after retrieving the vehicle. Turo informed me that parking fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner and they waived the charge. That was on top of the higher than normal parking fee I had to pay after picking up the vehicle because he had dropped it off hours earlier than I was scheduled to arrive which increased the fee since the charge is by the hour. The car was nice, the attention to detail before
Hey John I am sorry you were unhappy with the parking set up. SLC airport has an upgraded parking garage option that they charge 5x as much for. We communicate multiple times before the trip starts that you can upgrade to that garage to avoid having to deal with the shuttle. You chose to opt out of that but still returned the car to the upgraded parking structure. Our costs in airport fees and transport to pick up the car is $40 which is why we sent you that invoice sorry for the inconvenience
