Car was very reliable and comfortable for our family of 6. Only thing that I was not expecting was the spare tire on the front driver side. To their credit, we did book last minute and they delivered for us.

Great rental for a family trip. Our children were introduced to what a DVD is.
One huge issue we had was having to constantly stop at gas stations to fill up the front left tire with air. We had to stop 3 to 4 times a day, especially at night to ensure that the tire wasn’t flat in the morning, which happened one time. Vehicle has somewhere in tear and the trunk acts up sometimes and transmission sticks land going from 1st to 2nd gear. Other than that, the car is great.
If we come to Salt Lake again, we will try to rent this car. As long as the front left tire gets fixed.

So sorry for the issue with the tire that you had to keep refilling. We have got those replaced. we will make sure to get the trunk struts and transmission service looked at as well
The car could use some tlc overall. We had to put air in a tire multiple times a day every day from the time we picked it up, tried to find a tire shop near us to get it fixed but couldn’t find one nearby. We were in town for vacation so this was a bit frustrating continuously having to find places to get air.
