Horrible experience!!! I rented a vehicle from this host and the brakes were really bad! I also had my kids with me. And it was not safe to drive. they gave me the wrong vehicle so I had to return the vehicle I picked up for the one I reserved. And they only refunded me some of my money back. 😡

We did not give you the wrong vehicle you took the wrong car. We sent you photos of your vehicles license plate with instructions to check the plate number. You ignored those instructions and took another guests vehicle. When you told us the brakes were squeaky we apologized and said we hadn't had any one else mention it and asked a clarifying question which caused you to become extremely agitated and aggressive for no reason. We have always prioritized our guests safety and always will.
The vehicle was perfect for our trip. Clean and spacious. The host were fantastic, communication and details were easy to follow. Would definitely be renting from them again
