I had to end my trip early because the AC wasn't functioning, which was especially difficult in the summer heat. This issue was not mentioned prior to booking, despite the host seemingly being aware of it. The car drives fine but is clearly an older vehicle. The host was responsive and communicated well.

The AC was functioning when I handed the car over to you - had it not been, you would have returned it much sooner, not a month later. That said, I did acknowledge that the AC was not as strong compared to other brand vehicles I have owned, and I was upfront about that observation. I was honest about the condition and didn’t conceal any issues.
Outstanding car and value. The X5 is in excellent condition, almost flawless. Everything works. It is really nice to drive. The turbo engine torque is really strong, allowing one to push the canyon roads uphill without breaking a sweat. The Michelin Defender M&S tires did very well on snow and ice without being dedicated snow tires. High comfort level with nice leather interior, heated seats, and even heated steering wheel. The corresponding switch is on the left side of the steering wheel column, not in typical places.
Communication with Laura was really good and she was always very responsive.
