Overall, the X5 was a great rental. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and drove well throughout the trip. Pickup and return were extremely easy, and I had no major issues during my rental.
A couple of minor things I noticed: the brakes were a bit squeaky when coming to a stop, and there seemed to be a small gap around the sunroof that created noticeable wind noise at highway speeds.
Other than those minor issues, the vehicle performed great and I would rent from this host again.
