Allan was great nice everything went smooth vehicle was clean and full with gas only problem was the car wouldn’t start couldn’t figure it out but the battery terminals where not tight which cause the vehicle to not be sure if it was a battery issue. So first little worried cause I had thought it was something wrong. But great guy and was very responsive.

My first time to rent through Turo and was great. They responded to my questions and were flexible on returning 1 day earlier when my trip ended.

Front tires were balding when I picked up the car. The engine air intake box was sitting in the trunk instead of installed? I ended up installing it myself, but upon opening the hood, I saw engine oil everywhere. The engine oil cap was missing entirely! Luckily, I found it at the bottom of the engine bay. Steering was also really misaligned. Radio didn’t work. Smelled of cigarette smoke, along with cigarette burns on the headliner. Quick and easy transaction with Alan, no issues there but was disappointing overall.
