The car wasn't what I expected

Pickup and drop off was easy car dod exactly what we needed

Car was not at the set pick up location when we arrived. We did have to uber to the airport to retrieve the car instead of the original pick up location. Gregory was kind enough to arrange the Uber, but we did end up having to pay the $15 airport parking ticket ourselves which was not ideal. The car battery died on us during the rental period though we had taken appropriate care of the vehicle (minimal use of AC and radio; all lights off, doors closed, etc while vehicle was off and parked). We notified owner to make them aware, but did not receive response. Battery was jumped and we were ok to continue on our trip, though a little nervous about whether or not this was a reliable vehicle after this incident. Contactless drop off was straightforward, which was nice. This was our first time using Turo, and we may be a bit hesitant to use it again in the future.

The car battery died because you must left a light on, or some thing else, the car was running fine when you picked up, and you also drove it for 2 days with no issues…
After vehicle returned we had the car started right away with no issues.
People don’t know how to operate a vehicle and blame us for that.
First time using Turo so I wasn’t sure what to expect, I had a few questions due to inexperience. Guto was initially very unresponsive so I thought it was a scam since the car was somewhere in the Riverside train station, and I had to look for it everywhere. Though it is understandable due to the Thanksgiving holidays he is probably busy. Overall, I am glad to know that Turo is basically the Airb&b of car renting and I will never use Avis/Hertz ever again when this is so very convenient. Will definitely be using this service again and would recommend renting from Guto!
